Who doesn't like to stay in shape? Finding the time can often be half the battle. There are many options for staying in shape today. Yes you can join a gym or fitness club, inc. running, aerobics, pilates and swimming etc. But there are many simple things one can do each and every day to better stay in shape. Walking up stairs, walking to work or the shops, riding a bike, playing some sport etc.

If you're wanting to join a gym, perhaps consider Fitness First or Anytime Fitness. If you're looking for a personal trainer to help get you in shape, Fitness Australia has a list of personal trainers on their website. Most gyms can also refer you to one or two good personal trainers.
